The Director of Community Outreach manages the community partnership and public relations needs of re:Bloom. The Director of Community Outreach will serve on the Executive Committee and report directly to the Executive Director. Director of Community Outreach responsibilities includes re:Bloom’s presence in the community in order to foster relationships. They’re main goal is to work to expand re:Bloom’s client base and client pipelines by cultivating new partnerships as well as maintaining current partnerships with outside organizations. They will make strategic decisions on the Executive Committee to make continual improvements that foster re:Bloom’s external partnerships and potential for sponsorship. They will also support general initiatives of other staff, which may include conducting workshops, information sessions, and more. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Development Department, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors and be conscious of re:Bloom’s development needs. They are able to work on initiatives independently to further the promotion of re:Bloom.
$22-24/hour, 10 hours per week
The Business Development Intern will be responsible for strategic initiatives that enhance re:Bloom’s overall growth. The Business Development Intern work with the Strategy Departments for the duration of the three-month internship and report directly to the Executive Director and the Director of Community Outreach. They will also make strategic decisions on the Executive Board to make continual improvements that optimize re:Bloom’s business processes. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Executive Committee and be conscious of re:Bloom’s growth and strategy needs. They are able to work on initiatives independently to further the promotion of re:Bloom.
This is an unpaid internship.
The Business Development Intern will be responsible for strategic initiatives that enhance re:Bloom’s overall growth. The Business Development Intern work with the Strategy Departments for the duration of the three-month internship and report directly to the Executive Director and the Director of Volunteer Experience. They will also make strategic decisions on the Executive Board to make continual improvements that optimize re:Bloom’s volunteer experience processes. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Executive Committee and be conscious of re:Bloom’s growth and strategy needs. They are able to work on initiatives independently to further the promotion of re:Bloom.

The Marketing Intern will help manage the marketing and public relations needs of re:Bloom. The Marketing Intern will temporarily serve on the marketing committee and report to the Director of Marketing. In order to grow re:Bloom and help as many small businesses as possible, we need to continue to expand our brand presence online, with a focus on engagement with alumni (clients and volunteers), introduction to new networks and audiences, and fundraising efforts. There will also be deep-dives into analytics and engagement tools across each social media platform. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Marketing Committee and Board of Directors and be conscious of re:Bloom’s social media needs. They are able to work on initiatives independently to further the promotion of re:Bloom.
This is an unpaid internship.
This role manages the design and UX needs of re:Bloom. The Designer will serve on the executive committee and report to the Director of Marketing with opportunities to collaborate with the rest of the committee. The Designer involves managing the organization’s design needs and supervising user research, which also includes re:Bloom’s own website and social media. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors on improving re:Bloom’s designs and user research.
This is a volunteer position.
