The Program Manager - Projects will work to improve processes around re:Bloom’s client projects. They will work on creating new initiatives for the Project Management program and managing existing mechanisms within the said program. The Program Manager’s specific responsibilities will be curated by the Director of Projects. However, the Program Manager is also responsible for coming up with plans for new initiatives independently. A successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Projects and other members of the Project Management team. They understand the mechanisms of Project Management program and apply creative problem solving to them.
This is an unpaid volunteer position. This will transition into a stipend position in the future.
The Website Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining re:Bloom’s website and related infrastructure. They will develop new features on the website and regularly update the website. They will work with the Recruitment and Marketing teams to determine the direction of the website

The Program Manager of Volunteers works closely with the Director of Volunteer Experience to manage the volunteer experience. The Program Manager for Volunteers will serve on the Programs team and report directly to the Director of Volunteer Experience. Program Manager for Volunteers’ responsibilities include managing the volunteers, their needs and creating new initiatives in order to ensure the volunteer experience is optimal. This may include creating socials, conducting workshops, and reaching out for feedback. They will also make strategic decisions on the Programs team to make continual improvements that optimize the volunteer experience. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Programs team and be conscious of re:Bloom’s and the volunteers’ needs. They are able to work on initiatives independently to further the promotion of re:Bloom.

The Social Media Intern will help manage the marketing and public relations needs of re:Bloom. In order to grow re:Bloom and help as many small businesses as possible, we need to continue to expand our brand presence online, with a focus on engagement with alumni, introduction to new networks and audiences, promote our programs, and fundraising efforts. The social media intern’s specific responsibilities will be to deep dive into analytics and engagement tools across social media platforms, develop relevant and engaging content, and support the Director of Community Outreach on marketing initiatives.
This is an unpaid internship.
This role manages the design and UX needs of re:Bloom. The Designer will serve on the executive committee and report to the Director of Marketing with opportunities to collaborate with the rest of the committee. The Designer involves managing the organization’s design needs and supervising user research, which also includes re:Bloom’s own website and social media. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors on improving re:Bloom’s designs and user research.
This is a volunteer position.
This role supports the volunteers on client projects. The Director oversees the Project Management program and is responsible for the success of all projects. The Director of Projects will serve on the executive committee and report directly to the executive director. They are responsible for the Project Management program, which may include hiring and training new Project Managers, overseeing the progress of all projects, and supporting the Project Managers in their daily work. A successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors on improving re:Bloom’s cohort program and Project Management program. They will also work closely with Project Managers to enable their success in their projects.
This is a paid role. 20 hours a week, $30-$33/hr
